The Organization was set up by Mr.Bhikhalal Shah (Chairman) who has vast experience in pharmaceutical trading business for more than 50 years. His son Mr. Rakesh B Shah (Director) is also well experienced in pharmaceutical business for more than 30 years. He has also undergone two refreshing courses from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, on Small and Medium Entrepreneurs General Management programme. Our organization is focused on trading of health care products.
Our organization is professionally managed under the leadership of well qualified, trained and well experienced group of Executives and staff. Our operations are designed in such a manner that it can cope up to meet all requirements of pharmaceutical products distribution activities and benchmark of communication. Our current staff strength is about 225 members plus. All our staff members are trained in our in house training center. They are capable to handle all the work independently in time bound schedules. We are one of few companies of Indian Pharma Logistic Company who is certified with ISO 9001:2015 from Bureau Veritas certification India Pvt. Limited.(BVQI) , Also Canteen facility available for Lunch.
ERP: We have stock maintenance, FAS, HR and Internet facility for online solution which would help us for a better control at all location with all level subject like, transport, courier, Rate contract, Dispatches, Record maintenance, correspondence, Stationery consumable management, VAT related data, F& C form control / GST Related Data etc.
Video Conferencing Facility:: We have in house video conferencing facility, so that we can contact our principals. This facility is co-linked with reliance web world across the country as well as with any other external Infrastructure for better utility
We have our own office cum warehouse at Aslali, at Ahmedabad. Our office at Aslali is
having an area of 6000
sq. ft. It is well furnished ,air conditioned office surrounded by our ownership godown
premises with storage
space of exceeding to 3, 00,000 sq. feet which are built up under one campus in 4
different buildings & we are
upcoming with our 5th building is sqft area of 66000 near by approximately.
Our Aslali office cum godown is situated in prominent commercial area close to all
leading transporters, courier
services, Post Office, Police Station, nationalized banks, dispensary, Hotels etc and
directly connecting to
National Highway No.8 (Ahmedabad-Mumbai Highway). Our office is easily accessible to new
60 meter
Ahmedabad City outer Ring road. Our office is well equipped with office automation such
as telephone,
EPABX, Fax, Xerox; Email server, Scanner, Lease line broadband etc. To facilitate
uninterrupted daily
functioning on computer we have LAN system with 60 terminals along with modem. We hope
these facilities
are good enough to meet the growing requirements of management information system
adopted by our
associated organizations. City Corporate office of Ahmedabad is connected with lease

‘VOIP” Solutions, which
gives facility of online Data and Voice communication.
We are providing separate cabins for Company Executives who are visiting our office
occasionally for sales &
admin activities. All these cabins are well furnished and provided with basic working
requirements like table,
chairs, ceiling fan, telephone connections etc.
We have our separate accounts department to carry out all accounts related activities
including VAT, GST
related data, Professional tax, Internal Audit etc.
We are operating with our own godown under one roof with all amenities to have uninterrupted business transactions:
Our godown activities are diversified into two, viz. Depot Operations and Central Warehousing activities. We are providing adequate and independent storage facilities to all the companies who are associated with us. We are handling central warehousing activities of highly purified Human Insulin manufactured by the world leader viz. “Novo Nordisk (Denmark) and marketed in India by Abbott India Limited. Human insulin is highly temperature sensitive products and has to follow GMPand GDPguidelines, which we are strictly maintaining.
We also Provide value added services like, Sample promo ware house, return goods destruction complying with Pollution Control Board.
Our godown staff is well trained in handling medicine such as Temperature sensitive, normal temperature medicines, animal health care medicines, ayurvedic medicines etc.
